Delivery & returns

We use Royal Mail to deliver your products by 2nd class to the address given when ordering. We aim to get your items made and posted as quickly as possible however as our items are made to order, please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch. 

If you need your item in a hurry, please send us a message and we can give you a more accurate estimate for delivery and confirm if we will be able to speed up your order.

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted if we have made an error on personalisation or the item is faulty.

We at Little Stitches respect our customers privacy and do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Any information disclosed to us is only used by us for the order and dispatch process. The only information that we see is your name, address, phone number and email address. 

Proof of postage and tracking receipts are kept as these aid me should any problems arise with missing orders and for tax purposes. Digital data is stored on my password protected PC, within my secured office and via the platforms in which you purchase. These platforms are password protected.

All major debit and credit cards are accepted via world pay (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, and Maestro)
